In her role, Lucy helps support the firm’s staff by handling a wide range of day to day responsibilities that keep the office running smoothly. She answers phone calls, coordinates appointments, relays information to partners and preparers, organizes and maintains client files, and manages many of the behind the scenes tasks that support an efficient and welcoming office environment.
Lucy brings a strong foundation in business and office administration, having completed a business focused academic pathway that included coursework in administrative duties, business and personal management, and multimedia marketing. She graduated with a 3.9 GPA and has been involved in business and office administration activities since high school, including competitive work through FBLA. Lucy plans to return to college in the future as she continues to grow professionally.
Her favorite part of the job is learning something new every day and connecting with clients. Lucy enjoys being challenged and takes pride in figuring things out, finding the work both engaging and rewarding. She also values the firm’s collaborative culture and is grateful to be part of a team that is patient, hardworking, communicative, and supportive.
Outside of work, Lucy grew up about an hour outside of Klamath Falls and enjoys a quiet, balanced life. She has a cat and a dog, loves caring for her collection of plants, and spends time with her partner and extended family. Lucy enjoys listening to music, getting into audiobooks, and spending meaningful time with her grandparents, especially her paternal grandfather, who has had a strong influence on her life.
